At Willow Botanicals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and sale items (unless defective).

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
